- A weekend rental is from Thursday at 4pm through Sunday at 4pm at the rate of $1200. It is a completely private non-hosted weekend, you provide your own meals. Additional days may also be added to extend your weekend.
- Rental includes the house and workshop.

- Payment is accepted by cash or check.
- Security / damage deposit of $150 is due at the time of booking.
- 45 days prior to date, 50% payment is due.
- Two weeks prior to date, final 50% of payment is due.

- Any cancellations made less than 45 days prior to the reservation date will forfeit the $150 deposit. Additional monies paid will be refunded only if the reservation date can be re-booked.
