- A weekend rental is from Thursday at 4pm through Sunday at 4pm at the rate of $1200. It is a completely private non-hosted weekend, you provide your own meals.
- In addition to the rental rate, there is a $150 refundable security deposit.
- Rental includes the house and workshop.
- Reservations for December - August are taken up to one year in advance. For reservations a year out, please wait until the end of that month before making a request.
- FALL RESERVATIONS - Reservations for September, October and November are accepted at noon on November 1st for return renters and November 15 for 1st time renters.

- Payment is accepted by cash, check or money order.
- Security / damage deposit of $150 is due at the time of booking.
- Full payment of the $1200 rental fee is due 45 days prior to the reservation date.

- Any cancellations made less than 45 days prior to the reservation date will forfeit the $150 deposit. Any additional money paid will be refunded only if the weekend can be re-booked.
